2. Customer Responsibilities

By sending us your ECU or using our services, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner or have permission to authorize repair.

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You have backed up any data stored in the ECU (if applicable).

• You understand ECU issues may relate to other vehicle faults beyond the unit itself.

3. Diagnosis and Repair Limitations

We will inspect and attempt to repair your ECU based on the faults described. However:

• Some units may be non-repairable.

• If your ECU has been previously repaired or tampered with, this may affect the outcome.

• We are not responsible for faults caused by external issues (e.g., wiring, sensors, water damage).

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before services or shipments are completed unless otherwise agreed.

5. Shipping
