Refund Policy

At ECURepaired, we are committed to providing high-quality ECU repair and testing services. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to ensure transparency in our policies. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our work, the following services are non-refundable:

  • Diagnostic and testing fees

  • Labour costs associated with inspection or attempted repair

  • Shipping and handling charges

  • ECUs that have been tampered with, water-damaged, or previously repaired elsewhere (unless otherwise agreed)

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • We are unable to repair your ECU and no replacement is available.

  • You cancel your order before we begin the repair process (typically within 24 hours of placing the order).

  • A repaired ECU is returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition, with prior authorization.

3. Return Shipping & Restocking

  • If a refund is approved for a returned item, a restocking fee of 15% may apply.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Warranty-Related Issues

If a repaired ECU fails within the warranty period (as per our warranty policy), we will:

  • Offer a free re-repair, OR

  • Provide a replacement if available, OR

  • Issue a refund only if re-repair and replacement are not possible.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ecurepaired.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for refund

  • Any supporting documentation (photos, videos, error codes, etc.)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
